be honest about your feelings, but once said leave it be. you do not need to turn it into a needy clingy thing. girls like to hear that we are special & wanted.... it makes us happy

In private, tell her "I think you're special so I'd like to take you out, maybe a movie or dinner?" DO NOT tell her that you want her badly! She won't know exactly what you mean(is he a pervert?, or could he be needy?) If all goes well, and she goes out with you, remember not to rush things - do not call every day, do not ask her for dates 3 or more nights a week, etc. She may think you are needy. As time goes on, and all goes well (hopefully), then you can zing her by telling her how much you need her, appreciate her, respect her, value her, etc. At this point, she will probably feel the same for you. Well, the first thing you can do is talk to her. Then, once you can, become a strong friend. Start hanging out with her and just let her build a trust in you. This may take some time so you'll have to be patient. Once she has trust in you, you can move in. You can start complimenting her, but if she backs down...you better lay off. If she thanks you for it...keep complimenting her gradually. If she starts to like you...you can ask her what she thinks of you. If she says just a friend, you need to take a little more time. If she says she likes you, you can say that you like her too! After that, it's your game.

If you put effort into it you are speaking too much from your mind, and may come across as needy. Go to that place within you that wants to speak it...listen to it, trust it, and express it from that place only. You'll notice that the words just flow...it's effortless, and you can do no wrong for yourself. At that point it would be up to her with what she chooses. She will know though, that you really meant it.

Almost impossible...women usually lose all interest once a man shows interest in them...tragic but true. Your best bet is subtle hints. After you go out and you go your separate ways call later to make sure she got in ok..pay attention!!!! bringing up something she said last week or last month will show her that you not only listen but care enough to remember....ya know stuff like that.

I can recommend two approaches.
1) Woo her. Make her feel special. Show her that you think she's amazing.
2) TALK to her. Tell her about yourself. Ask her about herself. Tell her you want to spend some time with her.
The double whammy approach - show her she is desired and respected. Gets us every time...

i would be very honest with her. i would break the ice and tell her that you think she is a special person and would like to get to know her. take her flowers and take her out to eat and the movies. find out what her interests are.try and spend time with her if she allows it. find out how she feels.
