Let's say you are dating a really nice and sweet girl...but you realize that you no longer have romantic feelings for her. Do you tell her right away...or do you put it off because you want to spare her feelings? And if you put it off....how long before you tell her? Be honest guys!!

1) I can't imagine the romantic feelings just stopping without some stimuli from her side of the fence.. Proceeding from that perspective.. I would have talked to her about whatever my issue with her was and hoped for resolution.
2) In the event the feelings did stop (been there done that), I would both tell her and end the relationship immediately... There is no time period that will make it any easier for either of us.. When it comes to the end, the quicker and cleaner, the better.
3) If I never did have romantic feelings for her I would not have been with her in the first place.

Putting it off will make it worse because in the meantime her feelings for you may be getting stronger.
If you care for her at all do it now.

1 week.......then I will tell her that I don't have any feelings for her. However, I will try to work it out with her.
