I used to add liquid chlorophyll to my drinking water a few times per day. It has a fresh, minty taste. My digestion, energy level, sleep patterns & overall health improved. I totally recommend it.

There are no side effects that I ever noticed although some brands have a slightly stronger taste than others if you use a large amount. Liquid chlorophyll is great stuff if you have chronic bad breath or body odor. You mix about a tablespoon in a glass of water once or twice a day and drink it down and it really helps with both problems. Some brands are mint flavored and they go down very easy. This method of BO control sure beats pasting your underarms with weird chemicals.
