As Bugs would say: What a ma-roon!"

You have no concept, no idea what you are talking about. But that is OK, God allows people like you to live so that He and we can have a good chuckle- and the last laugh.

We are given the right by God to make our own choices, but with those choices comes great responsibility. The problems you noted are the result of man abdicating his responsibility, not God. God does not have to prove Himself, you need to prove He does not exist, but you can not.

Your argument is sort of like this: I can not see air, therefore it does not exist. Yet you can see the effects of air moving around us as tree leaves rustle, kites fly, or you turn blue for lack of fresh air and die. Mathematically your beliefs are impossible, mathematically it is logical to have a creator. That has been proven.

And I suspect that a good dose of Ex-Lax would help with your thinking as it seems you are suffering from substantial back-pressure due to bowel blockage. You simply can not see the forest for the trees. God is all around you. In man's silence nature screams at the top of its voice: "God IS!"

1.) He showed Himself once in history. Sorry you weren't there to see it. You probably wouldn't have believed even if you were.
2.) He IS the Word. If you read the Bible with understanding, you would know this. Don't blame Him because you bash the Bible instead of learning from it.
3.) Scientists seem to think they DO have all the explanations for every natural disaster to ever happen. Do you also not believe THEM?
4.) The downfall and demise of Satan is already written, and will occur as God said it will.
5.) Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is God. That includes atheists.
6.) All things serve the will of God. This includes elections.
7.) Plagues such as cancer and especially AIDS are put upon men because of their disobedience to God, and their abominations in the face of God, such as homosexuality.
8.) So silly that I won't even favor you with an answer.
9.) The Bible has no contradictions. You tell me of even ONE. This is something you heard from someone else that does not know the Bible, and take it as fact. Each part of the Bible edifies the rest of the Bible, which that alone attests to it being Holy. Two men cannot agree on what they had for lunch last Saturday, let alone agree on a whole book full of truths and history. Sorry, you lose again.
10.) Religious wars are fought by men, who are given freedom of choice. Not by God.
11.) God owes you no apologies. These also are the acts of corrupt men and are brought to light because God will not allow men to do evil in his name for long before showing them for who they really are.
12.) Repentance is available for everyone, thus God is faithful to His word that you can be forgiven of your sins through Jesus Christ. Atheists do not believe in God, and therefore do not repent. Thus you lose once again.
13.) You want a talking donkey, watch the movie Shrek. Judging by your list here, it should appeal to your intellect.
Oh, and for the record, God is my heavenly Father. The term skydaddy is about as silly as your list. My advice to you is to grow up and quit acting like a little kid trying to disprove the myth of Santa Claus.

It is rather ridiculous the way you think. God had done enough for the creations. Descending religion after religion , sending prophet one after another. But the disobedience of the followers themselves had created countless disasters among themselves. The purpose of the holy books are ought to be followed , how many of the followers really abide God's commandments. There are all the solutions in the holy books,
all the guidances towards our daily life are clearly stated .
Life is the preliminary stage towards eternity. No troubles will ever happened if everybody abide the commandments of God.

Lectio Divina is Latin for “spiritual reading” and represents an early monastic technique of prayer which continues in practice though less widely, intended to achieve communion with God as well as providing special spiritual insights and peace from that experience. It is a way of praying with Scripture that calls one to study, ponder, listen and, finally, pray from God's Word.

History
Lectio Divina was first expressed in the year 220 AD. It was found that to read the Bible profitably it is necessary to do so with attention, consistency and prayer. The systematization of “spiritual reading” into four steps dates back to the 12th century. Around 1150, Guigo II, a Carthusian monk, wrote a book entitled “The Monk’s Ladder” (Scala Claustralium) wherein he set out the theory of the four rungs: reading, meditation, prayer and contemplation. In 2005, Pope Benedict XVI stated, “This is the ladder by which the monks ascend from earth to heaven.”

Method
Lectio is typically practiced daily for one continuous hour. A selection from the Holy Scriptures is chosen ahead of time, often as a daily progression through a particular book of the Bible.

Time
Selecting a time for lectio divina is important. Typical methods are to pray for one hour in the morning, or to divide it into two half-hour periods, one in the morning and one in the evening. The key is to pre-select the time that will be devoted to the prayer, and to keep it. Using the same time every day leads to a daily habit of prayer that becomes highly effective.

Place
The place for prayer is to be free from distractions. This means it should be isolated from other people, telephones, visual distractions, etc. Some find a religious icon to be helpful. The same place should be used for lectio if possible, especially as one first begins to practice it. Familiarity with a location reduces the possibility of distraction away from the prayer. Some practitioners conduct other devotions, such as praying before the Catholic Eucharist, as a preparation for Lectio Divina.

Preparation
Prior to reading, it is important to engage in a transitional activity that takes one from the normal state of mind to a more contemplative and prayerful state. A few moments of deep, regular breathing and a short prayer inviting the Holy Spirit to guide the prayer time helps to set the tone and improve the effectiveness of the lectio.

Once the stage is set it is time to begin the prayer. There are four phases of the prayer, which do not necessarily progress in an ordered fashion. One may move between different phases of the prayer very freely as the Spirit guides.

The Four Moments
Lectio
Read the passage several times.

Meditatio
Reflect on the text of the passage, thinking about how to apply to one's own life. Gravitate to any particular phrase or word that seems to be of particular import. This should not be confused with exegesis, but is a very personal reading of the Scripture and application to one's own life.

Oratio
Respond to the passage by opening the heart to God. This is not primarily an intellectual exercise, but more of the beginning of a conversation with God.

Contemplatio
Listen to God. This is a freeing oneself from one's own thoughts, both mundane and holy. It is about hearing God talk to us. Opening our mind, heart and soul to the influence of God. Any conversation must allow for both sides to communicate, and this most unfamiliar act is allowing oneself to be open to hearing God speak.

Did you know that many spirits that lived as Whites and oppressed Blacks in the past, live as Blacks today.
You can usually tell which ones they are. They complain the most.
