Yes they can drown in the tub. I investigated it a few times when I was a Cop.
Not a pretty sight.

What kind of question is that? First of all if someone is drinking they shouldn't be in a tub full of water. Second if you are a friend to that person you wouldn't let them be in a bath tub gettin drunk in the first place what if they would have passed out in the tub and died? how would that make you feel? Better yet how would you like it if you were the one in the tub getting drunk and your so called friends didn't get you out to make sure that you wasn't gonna die........

Of course they can drown!! Anyone can drown on even just an inch of water. People drown on their own vomit when drunk and pass out.
