I spent 23 years in the military and fought in every war or so called police action from 1952 I have several service medals and when I got out of the military in 1977 I owned a mobile home park , so I wanted to expand , I went to V,A, no luck S,B,A, and after 5 visits the manager told me he could not loan me any money because it was earmarked for minorities, but, if I could find a loan at 6%the gov would cosign for me I owned 27 mobile homes at the time and only owed about $50.000 dollars on the park I didn't need a damned co signer, and told them that,so as a friend told me those medals and $1,00 will buy me a cup of coffee at the waffle house, at the same time they loaned a black 2 million dollars to start a trucking co , and gave him rights to haul anything from soup to hay???? and he had never even been in service, his rights he sold for another two million and filed bank ruptcy in 3 years????

That advertisement is called the lead pitch. It is the one to get people to call or come to a finance or loan company and than go through a process to really see what these folks can put down, and if nothing than the company will front them the money for the down payment as if they are the nice guys, when in fact their intention is to essentially swindle the money from these folks by either charging inflated interest rates, balloon payment loan, or knowing they will never be able to meet the payments and foreclose on them and then take the same piece of property and do it over again.
The bottom line is if anything looks too good to be true, it is.
I am a military veteran, used my GI loan to buy my house, and all veterans have that benefit when they get out.
Don't believe ten percent of what you read and less than that of what you see. That means be very cautious and don't accept a truth until you can identify it as such.

Ask the Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Agents they will do anything for the money. Do you think for an instance that an illegal alien would know what to do, they look for guidance. We have to stop giving illegals jobs how could anybody survive without a job. They cannot survive because even if their offspring was born here and their mother is an illegal alien they don't qualify for welfare.

Not sure where you got the information from,but any US military veteran automaticly qualifies for a home loan thru the Veterans Administration. with an incredibly low interest. It's a one time deal,and all vets qualify

There's alot more to that then what you're reading. Why can't someone make a law that everyone residing in this country HAS to learn the English language???? I'm not being sarcastic or anything, but gee, it's getting to the point anymore that I have to look for the English on certain packages!!! Do "they" catter to us in other country's????

Honestly, do you know ANYTHING about advertising? Do you really believe that's true? Do you also believe all of the emails you receive about increasing sex drive or making ten thousand dollars a month at home filling out surveys? Settle down and think logically.

Hey Spazz,did you know that if I ,as an American citizen, were to run across the Rio Grande INTO Mexico,the Mexican guards would just shoot me?If I were captured I would be thrown into a disgusting jail and left to rot.I would NOT be entitled to any medical treatment because I had broken Mexican law.If I lived in Mexico I would probably flee to the U.S.too.
