a ma vie coer entier
mon coeur avez

wow it's badly broken up...
directly translated it would be
with my love be sure
--de m'mamour soiez sure
to my life whole heart
--a ma vie coer entier
my whole heart you have
--mon coeur avez
probably safe to say it means more like
my love, be assured you have my heart for a lifetime
or something to that effect

the french leaves much to be desired but I think you are trying to say: My love is as real as it is between my life and my heart. But I'm really not sure if this will help you because the french is not grammatically correct.
