Some cats are very particular when it comes to doing their jobs. I would suggest getting another litter box and place it somewhere she would be the primary user. Also if she continues to be dedicated to your shower, try a piece of aluminum foil, set a mouse trap and place it upside down under the aluminum foil and when she steps on the foil, the trap will spring, and scare her, she will not want to return to the shower for fear the "thing" will get her again. Doubt she is sick if she is holding her duty and eating/drinking normally, suspect she is just finickey!!! Good luck.

She's not sick!!! You should have 2 litter boxes for 4 cats. Because cats do both number 1 and number 2 so it will get dirty fast. The reason she probably goes in the bathtub is because it's clean. Also is the litter box in the bathroom? That could be why also. Just keep an eye on her for about a week. Also watch how she interacts with the other cats. Observe how the other cats act also.

Get more litter boxes. Cats are finicky and some require the litter cleaned more than once per day! You can also try the multiple cat litter that's come out, that might help. But for the one kitty that goes in the bathtub, place a small box in the bathroom for her.

I do not think this is a sign of feline leukemia. Many times with worms, they cannot hold it in. Check with your vet immediately.
She may not want to share the litter box and feels the bathtub is her personal "area." Try a second litter box and see what happens.

Some cats have personalities like us and so are neat freaks. You may need to clean the litter every day. You need a stool to check for worms at the Vets and to test for Felv, Leukemia, they will take blood. Neither of those should cause the problem that you are having though.

You need to get more liter boxes. One is not enough for 4 cats so your one cat doesn't like going in a box that is always full of poop

4 cats on one litter box is alot have you considered offering multiple litterboxes , either all right next to eachother, or maybe place one in the bathroom. or clean it severla times a week. cats can be picky about not using a dirty litterbox, and can you blame them. if they have never been dewormed then they probably have worms as almost all puppies and kttens have worms at birth. you can buy dewormer at petco or petsmart.. also you need to get them their shots!!!!!!!!!!there are organizations to get shots cheap..believe me ive had a cat die from leukemia its a very sad and painful death for them. very very sad and can be prevented for a very low price.

You said she will not use it "after so many days".....do you mean that the box doesn't get cleaned often enough? Many cats will poop in inappropriate places if their box is not kept clean...I know mine does ! It doesn't mean they're sick, it means they're pissed off about not having a clean box ! :)

Vets recommend one box for each cat and one extra-maybe more boxes would solve your problem.
