AS A MAN, I am going to say YES. My wife says that now that I've restored my foreskin sex is much better today. The slack skin slinking around "feels like a plush living ribbed condom." She also likes that I last longer now that my corona is shielded from friction by my bunched up skin on each outward stroke. My penis is also thicker from her perspective by two thicknesses of skin as I draw outward and the skin rolls over the glans.
From my end, I can say that sex is wetter since my skin mobility allows for lubricants to not get dragged out of her.
On Penn & Teller's B***S***! series on Showtime (season 3, episode 1), the wife of a restored man said: "Circumcised sex was like trying to make love to a broom handle. With the foreskin, it's a more connected and intimate experience."

No. Not unless we are aware of the change then maybe we can sense a slight difference. Men who are not circumsized have been shown to last longer and experience more pleasure so if a woman sees a difference then this is probably what she will notice

aparently so, my g/f had never felt one cut before i got it done at 23 by CHOICE. and now, well, aparently she'd never want to go back to an uncut one. and, well, any sons skins are kinda doomed now. i've created a monster lol
tis simple to get it done and does not hurt as all these sooks keep telling everyone. in australia anyway they use general anesthetic on adult and its just uncomfortable for a few weeks after. NOT painful.

To my knowledge, I don't think that she'll feel the difference. You'll feel it more than her. My boyfriend is uncircumcised and I don't feel a difference.

NO, BUT HE WILL FEEL THE PAIN AS THE SKIN STRECHES, WHEN GOING IN/OUT AND ESPECIALLY WHEN ENTERING IN THE BEHIND, THIS CAN CAUSE HIM TO BLEED AS IT CUTS OPEN. THIS WILL BE VERY PAINFUL.
