In Internet Explorer:

click File
cl Import/Export which brings up the Import/Export Wizard
click Next
click Export Favorites
select which folder you want to export from (Favorites is highlighted and will print all)
Indicate where to save and give it a name (it will be in htm format)
click Next
click Finish (the file will be exported)

All folders and links will be in an htm file. You can resave it to a txt file is you wish (File, Save As, Txt)

You'd have to do it manually. Unless you have internet explorer. Just go to the bar with the button click the one w/ a pen and a screen. Give the whole page in html or css format!
