If you are healthy enough then you should walk or run almost every day. Start with a 20 minute walk and over the course of time try to get up to 45 minutes a day. You can run for a few minutes during your walk once you feel up to it.
Do not eat anything for 3 hours before going to be.

as a teenager it is usually easier than adults to get healthy and lose weight.
Assuming you've gone to the doctors and there is nothing physically wrong with your thyroid, hormones, etc. here's a simple plan
1. Eat basically clean foods. Don't sweat it too much but try and eat lean meat, chicken, turkey, fish, veggies, fruit, and complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes
2. get rid of boxed, processed, and "white" foods -- sugar, candy, soda, white bread
3. eat 4-6 times a day or more. Protein and carbs and fat with every meal. Look at your hand. Every meal eat that much protein (either your hand size or the size fo your fist), the same amount or a little more of veggies, and optionally a little less than a hand of complex carbs or fruit. Don't worry about fats. try and eat fish like canned tuna and salmon.
4. Exercise. run around a lot, play. Enjoy yourself. try and walk or run or play at least 30 min a day.
5. get stronger. 3 times a week do some basic strength training with weights. push ups, sit ups or crunches, dead lifts, pressing over head. Simple stuff your gym teacher or athletic coach/director can help with.
that's it. Do this and you'll see that in 6 weeks or so you are stronger, in better shape, look better, and probably thinner and overall well on your way.
Good luck.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Two suggestions: 1. Get more exercise. Walk, bike, dance, whatever. 2. Serve smaller portion sizes than you're used to. Eat healthy, but don't overeat. You'll feel hungry for a wee while at first, but your stomach will adjust. I am NOT recommending fasting, I just find that many people are eating too much at meals. Check out the recommended calorie intake for your size/age and then figure out how much food that means. It's a pain, but it works.

Is there some sport that you like? Try playing soccer, you will definitely tone up because you run so much. Cheerleading or dancing is another fun way. Jumping rope, basketball. There are so many things you can do. with eating, if you eat sweets, stop. Have an occasional soda. Minimal candy. Good luck!

Your BMI (body mass index) is 24.9, and a person isn't overweight until they exceed 25. In other words, you don't need to lose weight. You can never go wrong by exercising and eating healthy food, though (I suppose you already knew that, right?). Do you eat a lot of fast food? Try cutting down.

I would think since you're still young and you're probably gonna grow taller, you shouldn't worry about it. The fat you have right now is still baby fat.
However, if you're really desperate to get rid of the fat and all, do what the doctors tell you. Cut the sugary foods out of your daily diet, eat more fruits/veggies, drink more water, exercise. A sport would help you out a lot too.
Good luck!

Work out and eat healthy, when i was your age i walked EVERYWHERE and did buns of steel everyday.
You are too young to try any fad diets. your body is still growing and fad dieting may cause more damage than good.
