I'm just starting, and I'm wondering how long it will take to see results such as increased flexibility and muscle tone.

It depends on how often you do it, if you can do it every or every other day, then you should see results soon, the key is being consistent. Do you like it? If you do, you can really get into it, I teach it several times a week combining it with Pilates, but I also do other things too, find things that you just love and you'll want to go. Yoga is excellent for flexibility and toning, your body will begin to love it too as well as your mind!

I would say about a month. I love Yoga after I started about a year and a half ago I can not stop. I am in the best shape of my life. Keep it up I promise it will pay off.....
