We broke up about 1 1/2 months ago.. is it okay time for me to get back into the groove? guys are on my mind. and i did sleep with one, and now my ex and I have a good relationship, but i dont know what to do.

With regard to your relationship with your ex. Always keep in mind if the reasons you two broke up are still valid. Being friends is good, but it's easy to fool yourself into thinking things will work, when the reasons you broke up are still the same.
It is extremely easy to want to go back to a lover. I broke up with my ex's in Jan and started talking to them again in late Mar. I started thinking getting back with one of them might work. However, the original reason I'd left them was still true. I ended up being hurt by her again, because I failed to remember the reasons I'd left them.

It sounds like you're already back in the grove. You and your ex are apart for a reason. Take advantage of that. Be thankful that you and your ex have good relationship now. There have been a lot of horror stories. I warn you though, spending too much w/ your ex will lead you to falling back in love w/ him. Stay away. You're apart for a good reason
