the folder instead of clicking the button each time? Call me lazy but there's gotta be a way to patch that. Does outlook exp 2006 even have it? Please help?

IF this is useful, you can add the files to a site first. Go
to your documents page and put them in folders. Then
just open the documents and when you use them keep them
down on the bottom line by minimize.
