Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight

At 14, yuor hormones & body are going through tremendous changes at different rates. Your emotions are confused also. That is also normal.
5' 4" , 125 pounds, & a size 5. You are a foxy lady!!!!1 I would not worry about it at all. Try to keep in mind that so many of the girls who weigh less & look thin are SKINNY, a not healthy underweight.

Honey you sound perfectly fine to me. No one wants a bone but a dog. You shouldn't worry about numbers, you should worry about your health. You sound very healthy keep it that way. I'm 5'4" & weighed 125lbs in high school & thought I was fat. I wish I could take those days back. Beside I'd do anything to be 125lbs again. Revel in your beauty and don't obsess about your weigh enjoy your youth & beauty. You're only young once. Good luck Beautiful.

Nope, you shouldn't I'm also 14, and I'm 115, and I'm a size 4, so there's really nothing to worry about, and plus, if you do worry, you'll end up looking scary skinny in a size 0 if you were a little taller!!

No, you do not need to lose weight. Your weight is perfectly healthy, and you are nice and very slim if you are a size 5. Just eat healthily and do sports, but don't lose any more weight. Take care : )

I think for 5'4, 125 is a normal weight. When you get to 140, that's when you panic :)

A woman is supposed to weigh 100lbs. at 5 feet. Then add 5lbs. for every inch after that. So you should weigh 120 lbs. You are not fat. A size 5? Please! Honey, I couldn't even get half my @ss in your jeans. You sound perfect.
