Do a weekly shampooing with a special shampoo that removes build-up..
make sure you always use conditoner after you shampoo...you can use hairs masks once in awhile..
there are also products that can help make you hair softer, like hair oils etc.
make sure your hair is trimmed every month or so..to rid of split ends etcs.
You might need to switch to a differnt shampoo that is for dry hair in colder weather.

I know a way to make your hair soft.Just follow these instructions.First, when you're in the shower, scrub the shampoo in your hair(not under the water).Next, put your hair under the water for about 5 seconds. Then scrub your hair again(not under the water). Then put your hair under the water for 8 seconds.Next, scrub your hair once more and rinse all of the shampoo out.Do the same exact thing with conditioner.

an amazing deep conditioner
you should deep condition your hair 2-3 times weekly anyways
and make sure you aren't usign the same shampoo overr and over again. when you run out get something new!! it's good for your hair because it'll become immune to one you've been using your whole life

It depends on your hair type. I recommend head & shoulders shampoo. After you leather them on your hair, brush your hair straight before you wash them off . Then use Head & shoulders conditioner and brush your hair again before you wash them off. your hair should feel utterly soft or there is something wrong with your hair.

use a hair masque, i used to bleech my hair, and it basicly KILLED it. it felt like straw, so i bought Sunsilk Hydra TLC hair masque.. and i used it every 2 days. it helped A LOT. my hair felt better after a week. that stuff is AMAZING!
and you dont need to leave the hair stuff in over ngiht, your hair can only obsorb 14 min of conditoner.
