First off...I know take her to the vet.
Now, my dog (a one year old, rat terrier mix) has been waking up in the middle of the night to throw up for four days. She hacks and then vomits up whatever - dog food, treats, stomach juices. But, the weird part is that she is acting TOTALLY normal - running around, eating, peeing, pooping, begging. I have no idea what could be causing the vomiting. I swear I am a HYPOCHONDRIAC when it comes to the dog - she goes to the vet at least twice a month. Can dogs just get sick and get over it?

Try feeding your pet smaller amounts of food at night,if she continues take away her water and give her the baby non-flavored pediolyte, this will settle the stomach and keep her from dehydrating.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7QU

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

IF the vomitting takes place only at night the dog may be getting into something it shouldn't; or it may be eating more than it can successfully digest. Don't leave out any food (human food or dog food) for it to get to during the evening hours. Make sure the trash cans are emptied or taken outside where the dog can't get to them. Make sure the dog always has plenty of fresh water available.

Don't berate yourself for taking your dog to the vet frequently. It's always better to make sure she's okay than to guess or wait too long.

If the vomitting continues, we suggest taking the dog to your vet along with a sample of her poop (in a Ziploc bag), so he can test it for parasites.

It might be the kind of food or treats ur giving ur dog. u might wanna change it for at least 3 days see how ur dog is doing and if it gets worse then u might wanna go to a diff. vet if ur usual one doesn't do anything about it.
