You did not amplify any so I can only assume you are serious. Depending on where you are in the world the answer can range from A to Z.

I live in Rural Louisiana where dogs routine disappear. The usual culprits are Coyotes and Alligators. A local city had to hire a Coyote trapper recently due to the very large increase in Coyotes within the City limits that were feeding on domestic pets....dogs and cats. About six months ago .two Coyotes killed and ate a cat on my back porch.

A constrictor such as a boa or anaconda can and will eat dogs.

In almost all third world countries people eat dogs. The standing joke in San Diego is don"t eat Fido meaning don't eat the tamales in Tiajuana. In the Asia countries dog is actually a delicacy. You can buy dog for human consumation as easily as we buy chicken, beef or fish.

The Chinese eat dog as well as cat, rat and bats along with other critters that we call pets. Most of these critters are parts of their Zodiac signs but they think it's good fortune to eat these animals. Oh, they can have my portion! :)

I would say tigers and lions perhaps. I've often wondered if a dog and monkey got in a fight, which would win?
