All Christians are here to seek and save that which is lost, and that is our purpose because the Scripture says so. But everyone is here to serve God.

I feel we are here to learn and to do our best to help each other. I know this sounds cliche`, but I'd like to leave this earth knowing I've made it a little better, even if it's in a small way. I guess I make a difference in the way I help my friends and family, and also, I take care of elderly people, who are often alone and forgotten. I'm also an artist, and hopefully my artwork will be passed down in my family generations from now, and bring some form of enjoyment to my family in the future. I guess it really doesn't matter to me if other people care or not. I was here, I did my best, and made what difference I could. I know in my heart the things I do is what I was meant to do, my "calling" as you say.

Are you religious? I'm not, exactly. I don't what to believe, like i don't think ppl r stupid 4 believing in God but i don't rly believe. I ask myself those exact questions everyday. Do you think i can save the world and find a cure for death? I think that's my calling and yeah it might sound stupid, but what is life worth if in the end it's taken away. Just like why does everyone try to be like everyone else and why does everyone work so hard to get their hands on something that they will never permantly own (money)? Sorry I have strong feelings about death i don't want to die. ~LOVE
Oh, here's a tip to keep my mind off of things that are so much bigger than me for a while, so i don't go completely insane, i listen to Fall Out Boy. So some music might help clear your head for a while to think.

Perhaps if people spent less time asking what cannot be answered, they'd discover that to live is all there is. I don't need a "calling," or a "purpose." Simply by being alive, I have an impact on others, negative or positive is totally subjective. However, I think your "..holy rollers" was rather nasty, & I hope doesn't reflect on me--since I have no religion. I still respect those who do. (Unless they, also, are rude about me as you were about them.)

I am here because God wanted me here. I serve the Lord by driving a church bus. I pick up people who would otherwise have no way to get to church. Most of them are physically and mentally handicapped and love going to church, so I feel that God has blessed me by allowing me to drive for Him.
