You don't say your age, but I have a feeling you may want to investigate it further. ADD is when you cannot concentrate and have other problems that can affect your functioning adequately. Also, there are other medical problems or simple things like poor diet and stress or lack of sleep.

You may want to start with the least and work your way up to the big ones. Process of elimination so to speak.

Eat healthy, get pleanty of rest, don't do drug or alcohol, or sodas and limit sugars, exercise and drink water. Also, try drinking coffee when you can't concentrate or have a low attention span, see if that helps. If it does, you may want to have a full evaluation by a team for ADD.

There are herbal remedies that you may wish to try before resorting to meds.
Go to a GNC or such store and talk to a sales clerk that knows what does what.

i think you may have ADD (attention defficit disorder) my father has this, and i am going to go get tested for it. you should, too. if you have an attention problem, thats a big factor of ADD. i hope i helped you! and if you DO have ADD, dont be ashamed. it isnt a cursing. i mean, many famous people had dysfuntions and diseases. so, just go get tested, and i hope you can get help for your problem! :) :D XD
