i would choose option A.no matter what i would love to spend all the time possible with my loved one.doesnt matter if it's just one year,one month,one day,at least i will have spent time with him,and i will have made him happy the last days of his life.

a - but ensure that you have been made the beneficially for insurance, wills etc..
