It's probably the toxins that are built up in your body. If you take something, you will defeat the purpose of cleansing. As the toxins are excreted from your body, the headaches will decrease.

No sure what the master cleanse is but it is possible that your electrolytes are out of whack from this and/or you are dehydrated. Be sure to drink enough liquids and try drinking a sports drink that replenishes your electrolytes. If the headache does not go away after taking pain medication and making sure you aren't dehydated you may need to see a doc for safety sake. It would help to know what the master cleanse is though.

If you are experiencing this during the first day and a half its because its all fluid intake nothing solid nothing with sustenance you need glucose that stays in your system your blood sugar is low. Fruit and veggies are allowed on day 1.5 but more those are short term sugar and your blood sugar will drop again eat something like peanut butter or a starch that will sustain your glucose levels.
