Wow, that list sounds like a pharmacy. I suggest you discuss with your doctor why you need to be on all of those drugs. If you are a minor, get your parents to be your advocate, if not, do some research yourself.

Too often, doctors pile on meds and before you know it, wind up with a list like yours. You would need to be monitored and weined from some of these before you could discontinue them. I strongly suggest you discuss this thoroughly with your doctor, letting her/him know this weight gain is not acceptable and neither is the possible toxicity of all of them mixed together. Ask to be re-evaluated.

Then why are you asking? I am concerned with the question. I think that you are on them for a very good reason or your doc would not be prescribing them for you. Talk to your therapist and doc about your concern. Then, talk to a dietitian about helping you to get on a nutritious but low calorie diet. Then, join a gym, or Curves, or a walking club, or get a buddy system going to help you stick to some exercise. I know that all those drugs are making you sluggish and definitely add to the problem of the additional weight, really I do, but you can help yourself somewhat to get down somewhat. Keep yourself as busy as you can and don't give in to being too tired. Please try. Even losing weight without those drugs would take a lot of doing. I hope that you can get the weight loss you need, but not at the expense of being ill without them.

A uncooked foodist motion is occurring the world over (google “uncooked meals”) and this can be a lifestyles-type now not a fad nutrition. We were consuming cooked meals for over 3 thousand years and we've got been ignorant all that point. Some people have made up our minds to wake-up and give up killing ourselves with cooked meals poison. Anything cooked over one zero five levels kills the primary catalysing enzymes within the frame. Therefore, kill an enzyme and kill your self. Allow the enzymes lifestyles and you don't die certainly, however rather are living so long as the Supreme Deity does now not break the sector (that's if you're theist and if atheist till nature destroys the whole lot – no carbon models would exist then). Thus, are living so long as you prefer on uncooked meals at the same time renovation exists or dedicate gradual suicide (seventy five yr typical – must be no less than one hundred forty four years and watching well – now not all grizzled-up like truly historical watching individuals) over 70 or so years. Oh, wasting weight on uncooked meals is a given. I have misplaced 125lbs in a single yr and now at my lean svelte reduce muscular self of 140lbs. @five'10." I run every day averaging 7 miles and do 2 to 3 hours of yoga in line with day (isometrics in the event you pick to name it - the name of the game of a ideal frame is popping out of the yoga pose very slowly. Takes first-rate force to do it thoroughly. But weights are historical past in evaluation. I noticed considered one of your solutions speakme approximately weight lifting and had to remark. Weight lifting is well in the event you do it properly with correct diastolic stretch. That approach while you carry a weight make certain you agreement and increase the muscle with an entire repetition. Do now not shorten the repetition or you are going to create muscular binds within the frame. Yoga or isometrics used to be invented in historical historical past for the rationale of freeing muscular binds within the frame now not developing them. That is why I don't endorse weight lifting until one may be very cautious. However, most often individuals aren't and purpose first-rate damage to their our bodies. Again in the event you carry weights make certain that the whole repetition is whole from contraction (shortening) to enlargement (lengthening). Weights are pointless in isometrics and I consider you'll do extra with the latter at the same time gaining extra force and now not wasting any. If you utilize your possess frame mass, one does now not lose force. It has been scientifically turn out that weights purpose a 30% force loss after a consultation.

theres no telling. u may or may not lose any at all. it depends on how your body reacts to the change. its the same thing as when your body was used to a med-free system and all of a sudden u added all of these meds, your body went reacted significantly and u gained 100lbs. its not like the pounds u gained were "pill pounds" and once u go off the pills the pounds will come off as well, u are going to have to put alot of effort into losing the weight and i know if you want to do it, you can totally do it! good luck hun and stay safe and healthy!

I don't know. However, just going off your meds is not the answer. With that combination, you obviously have a mental health problem.

Your list of meds suggest an alcohol problem. The most effective remedy for that is Alcoholics Anonymous. It is not all about not drinking, it is about changing your life so you can live well w/o alcohol or addictive drugs. The 12 steps are also helpful with maintaining healthy weight. They has worked very well for me for 13 years in all areas of my life. You have nothing to lose. For many of us, the program has greatly reduced our need of psychotropic medications also.

Music forces you to eat more. According to a survey by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to take time over your supper, so you consume more meals. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is quite a bit easier – those diminutive amounts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.
