why isn't my flash playing automatically?

I downloaded it and it says successful, yet it will not play. I restarted my computer as suggested. HELP!

If you're using Internet Explorer, then you must know this: EOLAS (some company) sued Microsoft over a patent, that involves interactive content being displayed in a Web Browser.

To avoid license fees to EOLAS, Microsoft decided to change the behaviour of the Flash Plugin in Internet Explorer, so you must klick on the Flash content first, before it plays.
This Update was installed automatically with some security updates through Windows Update.
