Hey im 17 and ive been doing curls for about a month and my arms have gotten bigger than when i first started, but i want it to look bog and muscular, and i don't have that BUMP on my arm, you know the muscle that comes out when people flex, what are some procedures or methods of getting big arms????

time to up the weight level!!! seriously, try curls using heavier weights. try 25 lb weights at first and when that becomes no problem keep increasing the amount of weight you lift. 30 lbs, 35... etc (GRADUALLY THOUGH!!) Be careful not to lift too much that you can't take the load after the last few lifts. Oh and as you increase your weight that you lift, you shouldn't have to do as many lifts to get the "burn" (a guy benching 1000lbs does it only once and not 25 times, for example)It is a good idea to work your underarm muscles too if you arent doing that already. hope this helps.

You may never have the big bump. You may have a smaller muscle mass, like I do. When I worked out, I was strong and my muscles got bigger, but never huge. I was still very strong, but I just did not appear that way. I was able to deceive a lot of people that way.
