You don't say how old your son is, so it's a little difficult to give advice. Based on your description, I'm guessing he is a young elementary school child (kindergarten-second grade, perhaps?) so I'm basing my recommendations on that.

First, as far as fine motor skills, anything that uses the muscles in the hands is good. Most boys like legos, so that's a good option for you to try. Any kind of model-building is good (Bionicles, Magnetix, etc.) and arts or crafts are also helpful (clay, coloring, cutting)

Giving your son plenty of time to play outdoors is the best thing to help his gross motor skills. Encourage him to run, climb, balance, throw and catch balls, and ride a bike. Make this a playful time, not something that he feels forced to learn. Have fun with him!

It's more difficult to give advice about his social skills without knowing the details. For most children, the more experience they have with other children the better they get at socializing. Also, they learn a lot from watching the adults in their lives, so model what you want him to do. If he's having difficulty with certain social skills, you can gently tell him what is socially acceptable (for example, if he is trying to gain attention by hitting, you can tell him that it works better to say, "Can I play with you?")

Be patient with your son. Children learn at different rates and it's perfectly normal if all his skills don't develop at the same time!

The OT could definitely help with the fine/gross motor skills stuff. If his problems are in his arms they may be contributing to his dysgraphia as this is a problem with writing where letters can be either overly sized or incorrectly spaced. I'm not sure how the left/right brain confusion works (I can't find anything about it on the net) but if he's having problems with following print etc in the normal way- left to right and is instead reading it left to right (1st line), right to left (2nd line) etc then this may contribute to dysgraphia as it would affect the way he organises his writing.

You can ask your son's teacher to request an Occupational Therapy evaluation. An OT can help improve handwriting. Make sure your child's posture is stable. If his feet are not flat on the floor that might cause his writing to be less stable as well.

First thing is to check his eyes and hearing. See your pediatrician. Follow up on recommendations.
