just be yourself and do what comes natural. take it from me(a guy) nothings cooler than when a girl who likes you acts so comfortable around you. sometimes tips for flirting doesn't work out the way other people say it will. just keep it cool and be totally nice to him.

some guys like when the girl just goes up to them and take charge. Just tell the guy you like him but if you want to flirt just always touch him in some way and act cute.

ok lets see you could touch his shoulder when he makes you laugh, you can give him a hug for every little thing he does for you
maybe if he wears a hat you could take it and put it on your head and everytime he asks for it back playfully say no
