Do I still have chance with him?

Question

Tonight I went on blind date with this deaf guy. At first I thought he was one of those guys who are too nice and a walkmat. He seems very nice at first that he sorta of turn me off. However I keep on talking wth him by paper and pen.

Finally out of blue he told me that I'm not his first date and that he clearly can tell I wasn't taking him seriously. Then he told me that he doesn't have time for my game and to find another idiot to do this to. He left right afterward.

When I called my friend who set up this blind date, I found out he's currently studying for master degree in anthropology and has studies oversea in two different countries and can speak four lanaguages. I told her what happened, she say he must have somehow read me. I really regret this since I misread him and he sounds like a really interesting guy. I would like to get him to give me another chance. What can I do? How could he figure me out so fast when no other guys could do it in past?

Don't get me wrong. I do like nice guy, but not to point where they're like a dog. Holding door open or pulls chair out is nice, but when they start to try wipe your face or follow you everywhere, it's creepy.

There is something special in him. He's not an idiot at all. Now you're interested cause you know those things about him. Look for him and talk to him about tonight. Ask him for another chance, but this time treat him the way he deserves to be treated

Why would some one who seems very nice turn you off? You sound pretty shallow to me. He figured you out so quickly because the guy relies on all his other senses to read people since he can't hear them. Suddenly the guy sounded interesting after the fact. If I were him I'd not see you again. You need to grow up before you go out on another date with any one.

it's probable that because he is deaf, he focuses more on people's actions and can read people easier than others, because he doesn't have their words to go by.

I think that you should talk to you friend who set up the blind date and ask her what she thinks you should do. it seems that she knows both of you really well and that she might be able to offer some help. either way, I think you should tell this guy how you're feeling about it and how upset you are that things worked out the way they did. but as he already knows, actions speak louder than words, so don't just tell him how upset you are about it, show him in some way. do something that shows how serious you are about all of this.

I'm deaf too, but I talk a lot (oral, not sign language or paper and pencil). I'm about to graduate high school with several AP courses done and experience at a math and science school.

I seem sweet and kind at first, but I can easily switch tempers to boiling mad. Also, I have experienced plenty of things you would not expect me to do, like sex.

My recommendation is to contact him in some way and say you're sorry for your behavior and you would like to try again.

You need to call him or go see him. Only if you're genuine though.
If you're just impressed by his resume you shold leave him alone. He figured you out because he is a highly educated person with a disability which can either destroy you or make you stronger than steel... he is obviously the latter. And he has lived with this problem for long enough to be more conscious of body language than we are.

Proably because you was a little to forward maybe abd he seen wight through you. You need to find him and ask him if you and him and go on another date and see how things go from there.
