maybe the printer ain't charging the camera,thats wat happen with me I just took it back and got an excharnge for mine today it was doin the exact same thing!!!!(but I've only had mine for to weeks so I could get an excharngeso...just get somebody to check ur out for U..GOOD LUCK WITH IT!!!)
