My dog Devynn is a Golden lab. We randomly went to the SPCA just looking at dogs and the most perfect little lab was waiting for us. She is well-tempered and loves to play. She sleeps on the couch and is best friends with our cat.

She's an awesome dog, and she's proof-positive that shelter dogs make great family members!!!

Labs and retrievers are GREAT!!! I HIGHLY reccommend them!

Kobe is a 3 yr old boxer. Boxers are the greatest dogs in the world. He is my 3rd. Very ornery and always makes me laugh. Extremely smart too, boxers have a way of understanding unlike any other dog. Their facial expressions will tell u exactly what theyre thinking.

Bentley is a 5 month old Great Dane. He is massive. Hes already to the middle of my thigh and is growing every day. He weighs 74 lbs. Hes smart and is hearing impaired. Im working on him with this. He is finally learning that he needs to watch me and follow where i go instead of getting distracted. He is very ornery too and they play together constantly. Hes a big baby, wants to cuddle all the time and thinks hes a lap dog.

I have two Yorkies The oldest is Snickers. She is 3lbs and 3 years old. The other is Zoey. She is 2.5 lbs and is 2 years old.

Snickers is a DIVA! She loves to be brushed and pampered. She has to be the center of attention. She is leader of the pack.

Zoey is my clown. She will flip over on her back if she thinks she can sucker a belly rub out of ya. She hates to be brushed. She lets Snickers mother her and boss her.

I would recommend this breed to people who don't mind yappy dogs. They are yappy. They will bark at a bug walking across the porch, leaves blowing, butterflies, etc. Makes for very good watch dogs, but it can be annoying. They are stubborn dogs that have their own minds. I had Zoey pad trained in 2 days. Snickers still has accidents but it seems this only happens when she is not happy. For example, she hates going to the groomer. Every time I bring her home from the groomer she poops on the carpet. It almost seems she is saying.."HA... I will show you"

They are my babies. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Hubby says we just pay the bills and they rule the house.

My Dog Nibbs (Also Nicknamed Puggy Sue) is a Pug She is loveable and sweet a hyper little thing when she wants to play. Normally calm though she gets hyper when you instigate a toy wrestle with her. She is strong very strong she normally wins! & When she's having fun she will take a quick breather and snort at you and then SNOT you! Now that part is gross. I reccomend a Pug they are sweet dogs they adore you like crazy. Oh here's an experience that was quite funny. I have never heard a dog fart. Well Nibbs farted and I heard It and it scared her. She was hiding under my office chair which is where she likes to camp out. Anyway this fart scared her she jumped so bad she hit her head on the underside of my desk and then turned around and sniffed her rearend to see if that noise came out of her. My pug is quite the character can't help but love her!

I have the sweetest miniature dachshund in the world. His name is Rusty. He came into my life almost 4 years ago. I am a teacher and one of my students brought him into the school office, after he had been dodging cars out in the parking lot at dismissal. It was the most perfect blessing to have him come into my life. My 7 year relationship just ended and I was going to be living alone again. He's been the best roommate anyone could hope for. He's always glad to see me and loves to be in my lap if I am sitting somewhere. He curls up with me in bed at night and always lets me know when someone is knocking on my door, especially when it's the middle of the night. I think that the dachshund is my breed. I've been around them since I was a kid at friends' houses. They are very sweet, but can be extremely strong willed since they are hounds.

I have a 2 yr. old collie. She is an orange - brown color and looks like a little fox. She is small and probably won't grow anymore in size (she is 5 lbs.). Although she thinks she is the toughest thing around. I remember one time, she was chasing a Wal-Mart bag around in the back yard, the wind was blowing it and she thought it was out to get her, but as soon as the wind changed and the bag was being blown towards her, she turned tail and ran.

She is kind, and loyal, and plays well with my other collie who is 12 yrs. old. However, she does dig holes, and is very hyper.

When we first got her from the breeders, she was so tiny, and had beautiful nut brown hair, and the bluest of blue eyes. But as she matured her eyes turned brown. She was scared at first and it took quite a while for her to adjust to her new surroundings. Overall, I would never trade her or give her away and she has brought extra joy to my life.

I have three dogs.
The first, Tessa Sue, I got a little over a year ago (celebrated her one year annivesary on the 25th of last month). She is a 8 year old Beagle Pit Bull mix and before I got her she was kept in a crate for 6 months that was not cleaned, she had cists and urine burns all over her body, she has also been bred and has Hypo-Thyroidism (thyroid imbalance) and has to take medicine twice a day for the rest of her life.
My 2nd is a 2 1/2 year old Coon Hound mixnamed Sally Jo who was a stray until she was picked up by Animal Control and I adopted her a couple of days before she was due to be PTS.
My 3rd is a Beagle Labrador mix named Skip Steven. He was born 10/26/05 and lived on a farm where he ran loose and got no attention, when he came here at about 8 1/2 months of age he was very afraid of people and wouldn't allow anyone to touch him. About 2 1/2 months later though, he is a lap dog even at 50 pounds and Loves cuddling!!! Of course, all my dogs love cuddling but I find it amazing that he went from not wanting to be touched to a cuddling lap dog. :)
They are my indoor gaurd dogs, they will bark and growl at new people in my house and attack people who hurt me if I scream. I love them soo much.
Remember, rescued dogs are the best things ever!!! :)

My puppy's name is Esperanza she is a 14 week old Bichonpoo. She is black with white markings. She is a cute little fur ball. She has the best personality a real sweetheart. She gets along with everyone and all animals. She is very smart and easily trainable. She is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed though she will require some grooming. I would highly recommend the Bichonpoo to anyone looking for a small lapdog. She will be about 10 pounds when full grown.

I have am male minature Schnauzer he is a very faithful dog he is 10 years old and very smart about a number of things and what I consider retarded about a few things First of all he is very protective of you and your vehicles etc. He is very active especially to play ball he is very loving and wants to go anywhere you go he has separation anxiety. he is a loner he don't care for other dogs he wants to eat what you eat and do what you do als o you can say it's time to go to bed and he goes to the bedroom he is the most favorite dog I ever had. he also love his toys and likes to sing they are a one person dog they listen only to their master plus if want a dog that come to you every time you tell him to a Schnauzer is not for you they can also be very independent I rocommend this breed for anyone that is very active and don't have children

I have three dogs!!!

Pepper- she is a Begle-Good things- she is a sweetheart, and yet a good watch dog, she will tell us when anyone is at our home.-Bad Things- Scince she is a Hunting Dog, she will run away as soon as she catches a scent-Recamendations- I would recamend a Begle to anyone, if they have a Big yard that is fenced in and if they have a big heart!!

Lady- She is a Germen Sheperd- Good Thing- She is also a sweetheart, and she wouldn't harm a fly, unless the fly would harm us. She is also a good watch dog, and very loyal. -bad things- If somthing were to harm us, she would bite!! so we have to be careful who she is around!! recanmendation- I would recamend a German Shepard to anyone who is willing to have a best friend as a dog, and who is willing to put up with a big dog!!

Princess- She is a Yorkshire Terrier- Good Things- She is cute, a lap dog, loyal, and very playful!! She is the type of dog that wouldn't run away, unless she is treated badly!! -Bad things- She can be yappy and nippy at times, and it gets really annoying!!! -Recimendation- I would Recamend a Yorkshire Terrier to anyone who would like to carry and take a dog anywhere with them. but you whould have to watch the ground at all times to make sure you arn't to step on them!!!

I hope this helps you!! and I also love dogs very much!! I also have 2 Cats, and I am a person who would stick up for animal rights, I love animals very much and I am agencest animal testing!! thank you for reading my answer!!
