These guys have got it. You need them to make you laugh at yourself, as it makes you think, wow they understand me, and feel comfortable enough to tease me.
They must also joke about themselves.
I like bizarre stories (as long as well told) about crazy nights out, or strange, funny coincidences etc.
I find that for it to be attractive for me, it can be rude or distasteful but it can't be all about that. That's when you start thinking of this guy more as a brother that likes to gross you out, rather than a guy you want to go out with. But if he totally avoids these jokes, and he seems like the type of guy that would enjoy this type of joke that's bad too. I couldn't go out with an easily offended person, or a person that was constantly telling me about granny *******!
Actual scripted jokes aren't the best form of humour, observational humour is always the way to go. That's when you get girls saying stuff like, I wish you were here, because I know you would make this more fun. (whatever the situation is that they are in)

Sharp wit and slight sarcasm. It makes for cute conversations. But you don't want a guy who is extremely sarcastic all the time.
