it means that he's like the rest of them just trying to find someone who will put out, he probably found someone else that did and forgot about the rest of the women he was trying yo get with

He decided he wasn't interested...people are able to change their mind...it is okay...and you can be pissed about it too...that is okay too. Sure...it would have been nice for him to explain a little bit to you what is going on...but...life doesn't always give you want you need. Sorry.
