Put a small jar of apple juice in the refrigerator and when part of it is gone nicely ask if anyone has seen your specimen for the doctor appt. you have that day.
If you are incharge of the electricity bill, unscrew all the light bulbs in the house except yours and the kitchen, tell them since they weren't pulling your weight you only paid your part of the bill.
OK too tame...Have a few things from the house on the front lawn when they get home....tell them you have been evicted.

While the roommate is asleep put shaving cream on his/her hand and then tickle their nose with a feather and see what happens next.
One my husband and I have done to each other. Buy a realistic looking plastic spider. Rubber band it to the shower head so that when they reach up to adjust it they see your little friend. Other good places: In kitchen cabinets so it falls out on them when the door is opened. Tied to the handle of the sink or shower. Anything in the medicine cabinet they would reach for.

you can use clear fingernail polish and paint a bar of soap. when they go to take a shower they will go nuts trying to get the soap to lather.
super glue the caps to the shampoo and conditioner together.
or for some extra fun you can turn the knob on the bathroom door around so that they can check in but they can't check out.

get a bowl and put some warm water in it and when he is sleeping put his hands in the bowl and he will wet himself
