First off, i sincerly respect that your thinking this through seriously. It says a lot about your character.
I also need to ask you a sort of question in response to your question. How old is your gf? Im guessing that shes around the same age, so we'll go from there. Girls that are under sixteen are for one thing, underdeveloped. Believe it or not, but their bodys are still babys. Just the simple act of having actual sex (not oral) can seriously damage her body, not to mention increase her chances of cervical cancer tremendously. And then there is always the concept of pregnancy. I am 19, and recently pregnant, and I am not ready lol. I dont know if shes able to yet, but shes around the age that she could get pregnant. And that would not only be a heavy load for you both to bear, but it would also be absolutly catastrophic to her body.
If your girlfriend really wants sex, Id suggest oral. It's intimate, its fun, and from what i understand, safe (others please correct me if I'm wrong). I hope this helps, feel free to email me if you want to talk.

DON'T,I was raped at your age.I always hated the fact the I wasn't able to experience my wedding night as a virgin.You will regret your decision if you go ahead with the sex.It's not worth it,you SO young.I didn't even really know what sex was at your age,someone just raped me.I doubt you really know what having sex is either.Yeah,you probably know the basics,but you can't imagine the consequences!! DON'T DO IT, your only going to wreck your life and I mean your only 12 man, and how old is she? I'll assume around the same age. You need to think of the following
: are you financilly prepared incase she gets pregnent?
: are you happy to look after the child til it moves out in 20 years?
: do you think you can love this girl for the rest of your life?
: would you stick with her no matter what happens to her?

seriously think about the above before even considering proceeding, also think about both your parents and hers, I know that if our kids were wanting to loose there virginity at 12 we'd sit down with them and tell them the reasons against it....

I lost my virginity at 17, I thought I was all that, but no I wasn't, it was with my ex and it wasn't that good anyway, sex with my now partner is so much better and we are commited to eacother for the rest of our lives no matter what happens......she's still technecly one ( a virgin) because she was raped the 1st two times so she still feels like one and as such I am happy to let her decide how she wants to have sex and when....

You should wait.. that is unless your ready to come with the consequences of sex... an accident that could cause you both to be parents at the age of 12 and not even getting to live a real life... Even if you take all the precautions there is still a very big possibility of worse case scenerio.

Just say no... She's like a drug.. 12 is WAY too early to be having sex and she shouldn't even be thinking about it at that age. Both of you are DEFINITELY not ready to be having sex. Wait about 7 to 8 years ok? That way you'll at least be out of high school.

Think of it this way.. If you get her pregnant at a young age.. her father will probably murder you...

You are too young my young friend. Both of you are way too young. You are just a child and so is she. Both of you are not mature enough to handle the responsibility of having a relationship and having sex. If she should get pregnant, emotionally you will not be able to handle being a father at this early age in life and neither will she be able to be a mother. Think about it. Yes it may all sound very cool and yes you think you are ready to have sex...........but you both are not ready yet. Please refrain from having sex until you are both mentally ready, like say...........16 or older.

12 seems extremely young to be having sex. Maybe you should reconsider your morals and find more information about it if you are deciding on it. There are tons of risks and you seem very young to even be considering it. You don't want to regret anything when you're older so I suggest don't doing it.
