U know like in the Movie Hotel Riwanda I would like to know everything there is to know about it y it started, how long it went on etc, etc. Please provide site references as well. If u don't know don't leave any comment please this is not a laughing matter.

The internet has loads of webpages about the 1994 genocide. It was not a war as such, but rather a slaughter of civilians by militia men. The above pages are some of the more informative pages - and pbs and bbc have many other linked pages about the genocide.
