Smile not back?
I have this new worker,, i give be few days ago indirect hint that i may be interested in him,,(like i like to party.dance with him etc), since then when i smile , she does not smile back, is she not interested or she may be just shy?

Maybe she didnt get the hint and thought you were saying something weird. I would say ask her out as friends and get to know each other b/c it might not work and it would be really weird at work, so you end up making a friend. If it does work then just keep going out and let her know how you feel.

You asked they are making it clear that the answer is no. Smiling is not sexual harrassment, nor can you go to jail for it. Pressing it any further might get you into trouble.

Umm, is it a him or her? you want to dance with HIM, but SHE doesn't smile back? Try reposting this again so normal people can understand it. At least get the gender consistant.

talk to her and ask her out and if she says no respect that and if she says yes great, but dont be shy about it. also find out if company policy will allow u2 date a coworker some comapnies prohibit that. there is only 1 way to find out talk to her.

Sry but i don't think she thinks of you as anything more then just a fellow worker, maybe a nice friend but that sounds bout it. if you truly want her to notice you more you gotta try harder.
