my ex and i have been talking pretty much on and off since night before last (he's been the one who's called, unless i've missed one of his, or i said i would), and tonight, he asked me out again. i asked him what brought this up, and he said, '"i miss you."' he was the one who broke up with me! my feelings for him have changed just enough that i don't think we'd do as well as we did together before. i've looked over other guys that i thought were hot, and i like one of them. i want my ex back, but i don't. i don't know what to do! and what does it mean, when he breaks up with you, and then 3 months later, calls and says, "i wanna go out with you again.", and his reason is, "i miss you."?

sounds like he regrets breaking up with you, kinda like you don't know what you have 'till it's gone. it's your choice if you decide to take him back. if you really care for him and feel he is being honest then go for it.

It all really depends on the reason it may have ended in the first place. I honeslty have had bad experiances rekindling old flames with past relationships. It always ends worse the second time around.TRUST ME!! I would not do it if I were you. I think that everything happens for a reason. If you both broke up before,it was obviously for some paricular reason. If you have been noticing other hot guys,he apparanlty is not the first thing on your mind so let him go!! He made the mistake of letting you go the first time around,he doesn't get a second chance. Go grab yourself one of these "hot guys" you were talking about!! Go ahead girl,get yours!! lol, Seriously though,don't fall back into it,just tell him your are not interested on a relationship anymore. Hope everything works out. Good luck sweetie!! :)

I think he wants you back because he found out that he loves you and there is nobody else like you. He is so wrong for breaking he with you in the first place and now after 3 months wants you back. Like the old saying goes you never miss your well into the water runs dry. Just tell him you want to be friends and go with the boy/men who really likes you.

mayb he really dose miss u. mayb he just wanted to take a break mayb he really loves u but if u think u like somebody else go for the other guy now if u have the same feel's like u said u really didnt then i would move on.

wow thts crazy bc i am in the same exact dilemma and i have no idea what to do either!! but i was talking to my good friend and she was telling me that u have to follow ur heart and if its telling u still love him enough then u should go bak to him but if u feel that things wont work out then tell him that BE HONEST bc if u dont it will come bak and bite u in the ***...but if u dont want to have those feelings again then it would probably be best not to talk at all anymore that way u wont be reminded...thts just my advice i may be wrong but i hope it helps good luck =]

I don't know the guy personally, so I can't tell you if you should take him back or not.
What I can tell you is, I'd be very cautious about his reasoning to get back together. Maybe what you need to do is find out why he dumped you in the first place.

He may really miss you, or is just lonely. My ex is doing the same thing. The thing is, we are on totally different levels. He likes rap, I like rock. Things like that. Maybe you could weigh it out between the positives and the negatives between the guy you like now and your ex. Maybe it'll make your decision easier. It sucks though, you never know which brain the guy using, lol

You never know what you had until you lose it he saw what else was out there and prolly didnt compare to you. if you dont like him dont be with him because then YOU won't be happy and ur happiness matters to.
