It seems like there is a loophole to that logic that murderors aren't allowed in heaven. Is there a similar loophole that applies to the homosexual community?

How about Atheists like myself, do we have a loophole for getting into heaven?

If they truly repent from their sin before they die, then yes.

The only reason Paul got into heaven is because he became a believer.
After an encounter with Jesus, he turned his life around and joined those he was persecuting before.
So, he was a murderer, true, but he received forgiveness and murdered no more!
I'm sure there are all kind of sinners in heaven. As a matter of fact there are only sinners in heaven!
Sinners, who have accepted Jesus' sacrifice for their sins and have thus been made righteous in the eyes of God.
Repentance and forgiveness. That is the only loophole any of us will get!

Being gay is not the unforgivable sin. Only those who trust Jesus as their savior will enter the kingdom of heaven. The "loophole" was a radical lifestyle change and a stop in the behavior. Paul didn't continue to murder after he was saved. He still had sins and weaknesses, but he didn't continue in his former lifestyle. Same thing goes for gays and atheists. Everyone sins, and different sins have different consequences. But God will forgive anyone who trusts in him and is sincere.

You are really missing the point here, Jack! It's called "repentance". That means, turning away from sin. That is the entire issue. Jesus forgives if we ask. If a person does not think they are sinning, and do not repent, they are not forgiven. Paul was a murderer, yes. He repented and became one of the most passionate proclaimers of the gospel that ever walked the earth. That is an example of the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Paul was CONVERTED to Christianity! The Scripture says, "No man cometh to the Father but by ME (Jesus Christ). Therefore, if there's no CHANGE in a person's life, physical and/or spiritual, there's no way they get into Heaven as far as Ic an tell. But then again, I'm not God.

There is no loophole for atheists, According to the bible you must be born again. Read and study the King James version of the bible and you will find all the answers you need. As far as gay's and lesbions, you must decide for your selves.

Paul is not in Heaven yet. He's asleep in the grave. When he is resurrected, there will be many people that were gay that repented from the sinful act and thought that will indeed go to Heaven.

Help me out here. I thought Atheists say there is no God? is that right? If there is no God, there is no heaven. so what happens to you when you die? you just cease to exist? or what?

Someone once told me, if you didn't love God, why would you want to spend eternity with him? Just to avoid hell?

If Jesus died and rose again to give you eternal life, there's your loop hole dude. However, if he really is God, and if , just if, he paid the price for your sins, you gotta do what he says if you want the gift. that is , just accept it.

Course if you insist there is no God, I guess you're your own God and you can save yourself.

Still, if it is dude, maybe you better be sure one way or the other before you take off.

According to the Bible, there is only one way to get to heaven:

Accept Jesus as the sacrifice that took your place to pay for your sin. In order to do this its pretty simple: Pray to God asking for forgiveness, acknowledging that you believe Jesus died for your sin, confess your dependance on him to fully pay for your sin since you cannot pay for it yourself.

Sorry to say that atheists can't get into heaven. In order to get there, you have to be blameless and perfect. The only way to do this is to allow Jesus' sacrifice to cover your sins so you are holy and blameless in God's sight. Atheists by definition do not believe in God (Jesus being fully God and fully man is included in this), so entrance into heaven (which true atheists should not believe exists) is not an option.

Sure-there are gay people in heaven. If they have done what I stated above. There are murderers, liars, theives, etc. We are all sinners, regardless of the sin, so there are all types of sinners in heaven.

What's wrong with Paul Reveer?
David murdered. He repented and was forgiven. Without forgiveness there'd be no hope for any of us.
