If you are trying to get attention by your appearance, simple as dressing nice can get you attention. You don't have to be half naked to get attetion. Make sure your dress classy and clean. That way guys will take you more seriously and look at you as more of girlfriend or relationship material, instead of just a piece of meat.

Umm you can whistle at him if he looks your way just wink, actually even if he looks at you at any point you can wink it normally boost up there esteem. You could say hi to him or smile. But i would be all out there and whistling at him or doing something you know making a fool out of myself if he dont like he dont there could be somebody else that catches my eye.
