How do you mail a cd to another country?

what are the requirements or guidelines? like how is it supposed to be packaged and all that?

It shouldn't be a big deal. Just package it in an envelope that's big enough and lined with bubblewrap.

Get a type of bubble envelopes for tapes and cds. i'm getting mine at Walgreens drug shop or the placed up workplace or united statesstore or WalMart. they are in many cases a Yellowish Envelope with bubblewrap on interior.
