First of all, I'm NOT anorexic.. I normally eat between 1100 and 1600 calories a day... Usually in the 1300s (I follow Sparkpeople.com)... But today, I had about 400 some calories for breakfast and it's now almost 8pm, and I'm JUST NOW getting hungry... this is weird.. I was thinking it was because this morning I had a breakfast consisting of PROTEIN which I usually don't have (I usually have bran flakes and skim milk, and this morning I had eggs).. Why do you guys think this happened? It's WEIRD........
