green tea speeds up your metabolism-- and there is a rumor that celery takes just as many calories to digest, so it comes out to zero. other than that.... drink really cold water(ice water makes your body work harder to stay warm).

You can eat spicy foods.. I'm not sure what else you can eat or drink.. I do know that the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism is..so if you do a lot of strength training, your metabolism will be boosted quite a bit...
