Most beer at 5 % or higher are considered Ales. So this still falls under the 12 oz of beer at 4 % is one drink.

Of course the 10 oz is stronger. 6 oz of Bud or MGD is less.

The 5%/vol is stronger. It's not about the number of oz, it's about the alcohol per volume.

Easy. The percentage is by volume. So if they were the same size, the 5% would be stronger anyway. AND there's more of it, so...
