Where can I buy a low energy bulb that will work with a dimmer switch?

Phillips makes one. I haven't purchased one yet, but I have seen it in the stores. Here is a link to the product. Any home improvement store should have them, but you need to ask. Good Luck!

You can't. Low energy bulbs, that is compact fluorescents, will not work with a dimmer. They do make multiple power bulbs with two separate tubes. they have equivalent wattages like 50-100-150 and such. That gives you three light levels with the proper 3-way switch.
