I think I'm just drink tons of water and eat apples when I get hungry in the middle of the day. Is that safe to do that?

Instead of eating just apples and water try eating several small meals throughout the day. If you can eat just apples surely you could stick to a planned meal program. Just east 5 small meals a day. By eating several SMALL meals a day (with fruit as snacks in between) you are telling your body it doesn't need to store fat. Your metabolism will speed up and you will start losing weight. Make sure your meals are well balanced and still drink lots of water. You will be amazed at what you can lose by just doing this. I know I did it. Good Luck

Its ok to do this for a couple of days. If you keep doing it longer than that your body will go into starvation mode and will stop burning fat because it will think it needs to reserve energy because you are starving. Include some fresh vegies and other fruit in your diet along with some wholegrains and lean protein.

If you want to burn fat you need to eat regularly and do some exercise as well.

yr body needs certain vitamins and proteins to keep you going. water and apples are not going to do much but starve you. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you better on this site

If you are eating healthy meals beside just apples and water, they are a good snack. or any fruit for a snack is good

you need balance meals, healthy protein, healthy carbs, green , veggies and plenty of water
if want to lose weight , start walking at least 30 min daily
