I am sure you are not going to see a vet. You really should spay and neuter or place all your dogs. You have had NOTHING but problems with these puppies and have no clue about anything!!!
If you have a question about the color of the puppies gums, SEE A VET!!!! They sound anemic, which will lead to death. Puppies are rearely constipated at that age. The puppy may not be taking in enough.
SEE THE VET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO home remedy for a anemic dying puppy. You bred the litter, you need to get them medical help!!!

The normal color of the gums is pink. If the gums are grey or white, the animal is most likely sick. An 11-day old pup should not be constipated. He may have a bowel obstruction... which is probably why the mother refused to care for him. (She "knows" he's "defective".)
If you want him to live, get him to a vet NOW.

They should be very pink unless they have black gums. If they are very pale pink to white, this could mean the pups are anemic. Another thing to check is the capilliary refill time. Do this by pushing gently on a gum with your finger. When you take your finger off the gum will be very white, but the pink color should return in one to two seconds. If they are pale or the refill time is slow, see your veterinarian.

Gum color can vary greatly depending on the breed of dog. 11 day old pups are too young to be treating for constipation. Make sure the mom dog is stimulating the pups so there are urinating and pooping. If she is not doing it, you can rub the orifice(s) with a cloth to stimulate the puppy to go potty. If that doesn't work, you had best check with your vet.

White isn't good. You need to take him to the vet. ASAP.
What happened to the pup's mother? Normally, she would lick his behind to simulate him to go potty. If something happened to her or she's just not doing it, you're going to have to do it.
A puppy that young can't go without help and you will have to help your pup eliminate by stimulating the genitals as its mother would by holding pup over sink. Cradle the pup with one arm, while you take a very soft warm washcloth, or paper towel and rubbing it against their genitals in a downward motion over sink. Same with the anus. You will see them pee and poop, this way right after a feeding..
As for the constipation, you can give him a drop of Karo syrup..

If their gums are white then they are dehydrated and needs some subque fluids. You will need to contact a vet as soon as possible to get them some fluids. They are likely anemic as well from being dehydrated and will need some iron supplement drops from your vet. Time is of the essence so it is crucial to get them some attention quickly. Good Luck

All puppies are born witrh worms and that's what it is. The worms are taking all the nutrients from the puppl. Get to the vet, or just call and get the pills liquid wormer for puppies. They are on a schedule for a while for worming because they are reinfected from the worms laying eggs so, you have to dothis every 6 wks. or so. Ask the vet about the schedule, if you plan on keeping them you'll need to do it it you are selling them or giving them away you still have to do it and tell the new owners what they need to do next and when. Good luck. Worms can kill puppies by the way so do ASAP.

He is probably full of worms. They suck the blood right out of them. He needs to be wormed as soon as possible and may need to be given blood and some iron drops for puppies. If not treated ASAP, he may die. Take care of the worms first before worrying about the constipation. Please get him to the vet ASAP!! Hope he will be okay.
