Anybody ever have this come up? It doesn't prevent startup, it's just a warning that comes up after the system starts up. Any ideas how to get rid of that?

It sounds like that file (whatever it was) used to be loading on startup, but at some point the file was moved or renamed or deleted but the reference to try to load it remained.

Click on START / RUN and then type "msconfig"

Then go to the STARTUP tab and look for the reference to it, and uncheck it. You may also prevent any application listed from trying to load on startup, incase you want to tweak the system while you are at it.

Save, reboot, and it should take care of the error.
