None. Vinegar is acetic acid. You consume vinegar in coleslaw and pickles.

Old outdated aspirins scan break down to include acetic acid. If the thought of it bothers you toss them out. It is not a real problem otherwise.

As long as it doesn't react to breakdown the Salicylic Acid in Aspirin its no problem. If it does, then all your taking is a pretty white pill that does pretty much nothing but melt in your stomach.
