Here is exactly what Jesus went through for us, because He loves us that much. It is a decriptive narrative by a physicion of Jesus crucifixion. After you read it, You have to clearly realize that what Jesus did for us was out of total and complete endless love for each and everone of us....

A medical doctor provides a description of the crucifixion of Jesus.

After Jesus was brutally beaten and scorged with the cat of nine tails beyone human recognition, the cross is placed on the ground, and the exhausted Jesus is quickly thrown backwards, with His shoulders against the wood. The soldier feels for the depression at the front of the wrists, not the palm of the hand. He drives a heavy, square wrought-iron naiil through the wrist deep into the wood. Quickly he moves to the other side and repeats the action, being careful not to pull the arms too tightly, but to allow some flex and movement. The cross is then lifted into place. The left foot is pressed backward against the right foot, and with both feet extended, toes down, a nail is driven through the arch of each, leaving the knees flexed. the victim is now crucified.

As He slowly sags down with more weight on the nails in the wrists, and not on the hands as believed and depected in pictures and on crosses, excruciating fiery pain shoots along the fingers and up the arms to explode in the brain--the nails in the wrist are putting pressure on the median nerves. As He pushes Himself upward to avoid this stretching torment, He places the full weight on the nail through His feet. Again He feels the searing agony of the nail tearing through the nerves between the bones of His feet.

As the arms fatigue, cramps sweep through His muscles, knotting them with deep relentless, and throbbing pain. With these cramps comes the inability to push Himself upward to breathe. Finally, carbon dioxide builds up in the lungs and in the blood stream, and the cramps partially subsided. Spasmodically, He is able to push Himself upward to exhale and bring in life-giving oxygen. Hours of limitless pain, cycles of twisting, joint-renting cramps, intermittent partial asphyxiation, searing pain as tissue is torn from His lacerated back as He moves up and down against rough timber. Then another agony begins: a deep, crushing pain begins deep in the chest as the pericardius slowly fills with serum and begins to compress the heart.

It is now almost over. The loss of tissue fluids has reached a critical level. The compressed heart is struggling to pump heavey, thick sluggish blood into the tissues. The tortured lungs are making frantic effort to gasp in small gulps of air. He can feel the chill of death creeping through His tissues. Finally, He allows His body to die.

All this the Bible records with the simple words, "And they crucified Him" Mark 15:24

For those of you who can read this graphic indepth description, of how Jesus willingly gave up His life, so you can have eternal life, but still reject His free gift of salvation by refusing to accept Him for this sacrifice. You will not only have to live with that choice, but will surely die by it as well.

If you wish to accept Jesus as your savior today, take one minute of your time and say this prayer...

Here is your way to obtain salvation.
If you want to accept Christ, you can ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying a prayer like this:

"Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you in to my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always." In the precious name of Jesus, amen

Maybe it's not so bad to die painfully if you can bring about a change to the injustice you see around you. It's not a case of love, it's compassion for a species which has so much good in it but sadly fails to realise it so much of the time - and resorts to evil so willingly.

Yes it takes guts to die willingly in an appalling way after having been beaten half to death, humiliated and betrayed.

Just think of Jesus as being a person who had to endure everything an ordinary person has to endure plus a whole lot more. The important lesson from the crucifixion is to not place all the importance on the physical world and the flesh. To teach the human race that there is something else beyond what we see and that the pain we have to endure means very little.

Perhaps it's worth saying that if Jesus can suffer like that on the cross in order to do the right thing for us, maybe the human race could do the decent thing, try to be decent to each other and go without the luxurious life so that the starving can eat. Avoid warmongering etc.

Saying you believe in him is not enough - it's just words.
If you really believe, you'll try to do good all the time and you'll know that Heaven will never be your automatic final destination - so take care with everything you say and everything you do.

We are not able to persuade a Muslim of atonement seeing that it is whatever they do not fully grasp. However the way in which to arrive them so that they fully grasp atonement is via the Law or Ten Commandments. Ask them if they have got ever lied, stolen, hated, murdered, and many others. Remind them of judgment day. And as it's appointed for guys to die as soon as, however after this the judgment. Heb. nine:27 Remind him of in which God places unrepentant sinners. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their side within the lake which burns with fireplace and brimstone, that is the moment loss of life.” Rev. 21:eight If the Muslim is convicted by way of the Holy Spirit then he will desperately desire a savior. Then the entire unexpected he is familiar with Jesus and atonement and he is pushed to the foot of the move repents and get transformed. It's a piece of the Holy Spirit. They additionally recognise that their fake god allah is not slicing the cake and that he would possibly not retailer them. I'm blissful this query was once requested. We Christians have got to study to steer clear of the mind and talk to the moral sense. We continuously have an best friend within the moral sense. The legislation of the LORD is excellent, changing the soul; The testimony of the LORD is certain, making shrewd the realistic. Psalm 19:7 Therefore the legislation was once our instruct to deliver us to Christ, that we maybe justified by way of religion. Gal. three:24

Jesus did it out of love and obedience to his Father.
Mat 26:39 He went on a little farther and fell face-down on the ground, praying "My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me, Yet I want your will, not mine."
Luke 22:44 He prayed more fervently, and he was in such agony of spirit that his sweat fell to the ground like great drops of blood.
Jesus was feeling all of his human fears and anguish about what he knew he was going to have to face, but because he wanted to obey, he knew he had no other choice but to face the agonizing death that would be punishment for our sins.

He didn't die for anyone. He died because he was tried as a heretic, like many "Messiah's" of his day. The Bible writers formulated him and his story into this God-man martyr, modeled after the legend of Mithras.
