simply Worship is supposed to be a lifestyle honouring God, is deep respect and honour. ( I will do some further research though on that one in relation to this verse. Thanks)
Praise well there are 7 ways to praise, they range from quiet to a shout of praise, to music, to words.

This may sound like a generalized statement, but all of the non-Catholic Christians in my life don't. They seem to not understand the difference between praising the virgin Mary and worshiping God.

Praise is acknowledging through word and action your love and admiration for a person or their works (AKA what Catholics do concerning Mary, the Saints, our children, or any other person we admire)
Worship is acknowledging through word and action your complete commitment and dedication to to the God who made us and express the desire to spend every second serving Him through following His commands and being good stewards of the many gifts he has given us.
The two concepts are very distinct.
I wish non-Cahtolics would GET THIS someday!!!

Praise is being proud of someone, and telling them or someone else about it. You can praise a person for something they've done.
Worship is actually going beyond praising to actually revering someone as a god.
